What is legal procedure to change caste?

My caste is OBC, my wife and my all relatives are ST only how can I change my caste as a ST
As per our indian constitution, ipc crpc law there is no law to change law for caste and you cannot change it since u r born and that cannot changed so but your children gets it and not u . Your children gets the caste of it.

Cast is by birth but Yes, you can change your caste. But if it is in very need only. Go to your panchayat/ zilla / distrct centre and ask for the formalities and procedures. It is not easy in government offices to get such certificate at time.
