Black Magic Activities by Mother

My mother is constantly performing black magic activities by taking the advice from here and there. Can I take any legal step against my mom to make her stop doing this things?
So what should I do to give her a lesson to make her understand that this is illegal and is against of maintaining scientific temperament?
If you stay with her and if you are facing issues on a daily basis which disrupts your daily life then you can file a case under section 107 Crpc. Considering your situation that she is your mother I don't think you should take any more aggressive step.
