Q: How to deal with harassing husband ?

I have been married for 7 years now. Since, the marriage it was trouble. my husband is harassing me mentally. in the early phases of marriage, He used to tell me that he married me because of his mother who forced him to do so and he scolds his mother. He also said to return the thali and go back home. He also left me in the railway statement in the mid night after a fight all alone. I was pleading him not to leave me, but he left. He gets angry uncontrollably. He blames me for everything. If there is traffic jam, he blames. If kid is little cranky, he blames me. If kid supports me, he starts abusing kid also. He shows face everytime when he comes home and keeps blaming me everytime and scolds me. He threatens me saying that he will snatch the kid from me and he will leave. In case if my parents come to stop him, he will kill them. All this is increasing my tension day by day. I am staying with him only because of kid. I want to get out of this marriage. But, I want my kid also .Please help

MadM what is ur education. Are u working. Let me know how is ur financial position since if u want to know u want to leave husband take decision of leaving as court give protection to women and child would be given to ur protection so take good dec isiin

Q: Do I need to register this GPA or is notarised GPA valid ?

Hi I and my mother purchased a property in Bangalore. My mother is travelling to USA and she will not be here at the time of registration. I am getting a GPA from her for signing on her behalf. ? Do I need to register this GPA or just a notary would do ,what is notarized gpa vs registered gpa ?Truly appreciate your response. Regards Skanda

As per Supreme Court decision you have to get the GPA registered if u want to convey further but when you have purchased both the property and Khata stands jointly there is no necessity for GPA so you can handle it

Q: How to file senior citizen harassment complaint online ?

My dad has invested a certain amt of money with my cousin, who is refusing to return the amt within a specified time frame and verbally abuses my dad when he asks for the money to be returned at once. He says he does't care if we lodge a cheque bounce case against him and infact he is looking forward to it. This has deeply disturbed my dad who is a patient of depression and has undergone psychiatric treatment for the same. What is the provision to lodge a harassment case against my cousin for harassing senior citizens?

U have wonderful solution senior citizenship act file a complaint before A C with hand written complaint along with documents and we will get solution rightly and also u r telling u have cheque file police complaint and also cheque bounce case harass him when u have instrument in ur hand u may get late bit justice is delayed but not denied.

Q: How to close missing complaint ?

I lodged fir for missing person. It was my aunt. Now the aunt is traced as she reached her village on her own after 5 days. I went to close the FIR. Now police (they are polite) is demanding an photographs of her with date and time along with me as a evidence that she is fine. It is three days journey to my native and total of six days is consumed in journey itself. I tried contacted my aunt at native. Initially they responded. But now they are not responding. It is necessary to provide an evidence in form of photograph along with application of closing the FIR Crime Number for missing person.

It is a good news that ur aunty came back missing. Please tell them to post their photos to police addressed with a letter narrating facts so that the police will keep that letter and close the case if not police comes to ur place so give statement she is traced.

Q: Cheated by chit fund company, how to recover amount?

I had deposited some x amount in this XYZ chit fund pvt ltd before demonetization. And now after all these months when i ask them to return my money they are not ready to return it. They are giving me Reasons like 'We are in problem after demonetization' and hence can not give your money back for now. They are not paying the interest amount too after demonetization and when asked they are saying they cannot even pay interest amount and need time to pay my money. And after all these drama they want to pay me 10,000 each month as in my principle amount and no interest included. If calculated i should receive around 7000 as an interest per month for my principle amount. If they pay 10000/month its is going to take years to pay my principle amount that to without interest and it does not serve my purpose. As i kept that money aside as savings. And i have a bond provided by provided by them at the time of depositing as a proof. What legal action can be taken to recover my money, how to file a complaint against chit fund company ?

If you have documents you can file suit for recovery of money civil suit and also you can file a private complaint against company under section 406 408, 409, 412, 416 to 420 of Indian penal code against all of them under section 200 of code of criminal procedure in jurisdiction court and obtain investigation to concerned police jurisdiction through court and file case and get amount from them.
