My husband has fled away to different country and we dont know where

We had lots of fights in the future and i doubt he was having an affair also. Now he has fleed away to a different country, is there any way i can stop him? or make him come back to India.Can i put a dowry and adultery case and make his passport cancel? I dont have any clue if that girl is with him or not? can i harm her in any way? I want to punish my husband. Can anyone help?

First file a dowry case under 498a and an adultery case against your husband. once you file, police will take court orders to cancel the passport or issue outlook notice to your husband.
Generally women are considered victims in an adultery case. However you can always summon the women to the court and harass her.
you can also file a defamation case on the other lady.

You can file 498A case. This is one of the way you can stop him to go abroad. But, One caution, if you want to stay with him, it will not help you and makes more measurable in life. Regarding adultery case, you do not have any proof and it is your doubt only.
