Q: How to convert agreement of sale cum gpa into sale deed ?

We plane to buy a open plot, but saller is in agrement of sales cum GPA in 2015, we dont know owner is alive or not, theare is any chance to buy this property without intimating to owner or any ligal hires, and any chance to convert that agrement of sales cum GPA to sale deed on the same GPA holder( self sale deed) without intimating to owner ? , how to convert gpa to sale deed ?

Advocate Sanjeevi Krishna Rao answered
Find the real owners is most important. You are paying hard earning money. Do not compromise. Discuss with them about deal and do not make payment till you satisfied with them. Show these documents to a good lawyer who can deal these type of cases. You personally take EC from register Office or Meeseva rather than GPA holder.

Q: Unable to pay personal loans, how to put ip for loans ?

Hi, I lost my job, I have a 15 lakhs of personal loans, got married recently, not in a position to pay the liabilities to the top banks. Can I put for insolvency petition for personal loan ? , What is the procedure for that?

Advocate Sanjeevi Krishna Rao answered
What assets you are having in your name? since how many months you are not paid EMIs? You should be very careful while going for such drastic step. If you are depending upon on job (source of income) then you look for another suitable job and request the bank for more time to repay it. Now a days most of the companies verifying credentials of candidate including default payment to banks /credit cards etc.,

I am in my final year of graduation and want to attempt the civil services exam.
