Husband got remarried without divorce What can i do

my husband and his family deserted me for dowry. The case is filled against him under IPC- 498A, 406, 506, 323 . I am living with my daughters in my parents house since five years. on 13 nov. 2013 my husband got second marriage without divorce and she lives with him in my in-laws house. Now what should i do? I lodged a complaint against my husband. But i have no proof of this marriage. his wife delivered a male child few months ago. now what can I do because I have no idea where he delivered his wife and not idea about the exact date of born. it is a crime accourding to hindu marriage act.
Marrying again while the spouse is alive is an offence under Indian Penal Code and is punishable. However, onus of providing proof will lie on the person making complaint. Since, as per you, he has even got a child in the second marriage finding a proof will not be very difficult.

Marrying another woman, during life time of wife without taking divorce is an offence of Bigamy. You would need to bring some prima facie evidence that your husband has remarried and accordingly lodge a fresh complaint for registration of FIR against your husband.

Its a crime under 494/495 Ipc and Hindu marriage act, you should clear about the detailed proves that your husband got married with any girl and according to supreme court judgement "whether your husband got married with any girl is matter of trial" and you should also claim maintenance.
