Hi
Any offence under SC/ST atrocities act cannot be compromised. Either the court discharges you or acquits you.
So both you and the girl should file a compromise petition and request the high court(only high court has powers to quash sc/st case under Section 482 of Cr.P.C)
Approaching the High court and filing a petition under section 482 of Cr.p.c should solve your problem within 4 months.
