Mera boyfriend tha ussne 2 years mere se relation rakh ke kisi or se shadi kar li 28 April ko aur muzhe pata hi nahi chala Jan me engagement ki thi usne vo bhi pata nahi thi engagement ka pata chala tha bad me but fir bhi usne mujhse relation banaye vo bhi muzhe cal & msg karta tha

Oh, whether he had promised to marry you before engaging in sex with you, if by merely relying upon his promise to marry, you have engaged in sex with him, then, after that, he broke his promise intentionally to marry with that other woman, then, you can file a Rape Case against him.

You can file a police complaint and take the case forward in court. For evidence you may produce conversation between you and your boyfriend even after his marriage. If he has indulged in sexual relation with you on the promise of marrying you, then you may make your case strong by imposing criminal offence of cheating in FIR.
