Q: What can be done if TTD denys rooms for unmarried or single person ?

can unmarried couple stay in tirumala ?,In Andhra Pradesh the famous Tiripathi/ tirumala is operated by a trust TTD (Tirumala Tirupati devaathanam ) is denying rooms for single person and also for an unmarried couple. I belive this trust committee is directly appointed by state government. If there is no legal basis , how are they doing it. I emailed them with the same question. However they replied bluntly stating ' its a management decision ' . How can we sought a remedy for this?

Hello Sir, Tirumala is a sacred and devotional place, earlier the TTD management used to give rooms for single person also, but some persons committed suicide which is very unethical. Please try to understand and cooperate with the principles of the TTD management.

Q: Illegal construction of penthouse on the terrace 15 years ago

Hello, I am an owner of a flat in an apartment society in Baghamberpet, Hyderabad, and am also one of the committee members of the society. There is an unauthorized and illegal penthouse constructed by the builder himself more than 15 years back and was subsequently sold to the current owner. The current owner happens to be the secretary of the society too. My query is...can a case be filed against this illegal construction and can we request the municipal authorities to demolish the illegal construction? This particular penthouse was constructed illegally more than 15 years ago. Does an illegal construction become legal automatically after a certain period if the authorities have failed to take action till now? problems with penthouses in hyderabad so Where and how do we lodge a complaint or file a case?

Hello Sir, there is no provision that an illegal construction will be legal automatically after a certain period, unless the government authorise it to be legal. Till today no provision is there like that.

Q: What between CRLRC and CRLP case type is filed to challenge issuance of warrant?

Family court issued NBW against me. Apart from praying for recall of warrants, I want to challenge the family court's decision/step of issuing that NBW also, on law. So my case comes under CRLRC or CRLP for filing in High Court Hyderabad? What is CRLP full form in court?

CRLP full form is Criminal Petition (Crl.P.) under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code. You can file a petition under Section 482 CrPC seeking to recall the Non-Bailable Warrants issued against you. CRLP full form in High Court remains the same, and it is used for quashing or challenging criminal proceedings.

I'm married in 2015 may 10 she has hepatitis B and it's chronic Hepatitis-B disease and very fastly transmitting disease through sexually and it also known to me within 2months after marriage and doctor said she is suffering vth chronic hepatitis-B and it's chronicle they agreed for divorce they also taken her to their house after 3 moths of marriage and now they were blackmailing me That they are going to file 498a case against me and my family if we won't take her to my house.......wat shud I do sir

Hello Sir, Originally it is not that much danger decease which cannot be curable, it can be curable if provided good medical treatment. Coming to the point, if they are willing to file a case against you, they can file, no issues, you can contest and prove your bonafidies. Dont worry

Q: What happens when in mutual divorce in second motion one person is not coming for sign ?

We have filed a mutual divorce petition six months ago now my wife not coming for second motion wantedly to harrass me . Should I alone attend second motion will it be helpful to me ?

No sir, u cannot, because u filed a petition for divorce on mutual consent. If u are sure that she never comes to the court, u can withdraw the case and contest the matter, get exparte orders, that is the only remedy
