suspicion of death of father before a year

hi my father died a year back my dads brother only was there at the time iof death as we stay in chennai he didnt keep the body in hospital as requested by us instead he bought home and atart the funeral process he is threating us asking for money if we ask death certificate so can i file a case or petition on him for suspicious death

Yes you can file a petition in court. but we need strong proofs against your uncle and is your father hospitalised or not , we need some clarification so we can suggest you to file a case in court or police station, we can also help you in getting a death certificate ....approach us we help you
