Can I complaint defame case against false SC ST complain ?

I have been accused under SC ST act 3(1) (2) r s , 326 . There is no strong evidence against me. Can I lodged defame case ? What is the intensity of this complaint ?
you can either file a discharge application before the metropolitan court or if the stage is further then charge framing then you can approch to the jurisdictional highcourt ,on the basis of matter court may quash or set aside the charges and cases against you
