People use abuse language and called me dalit
You will have two way to chose if you are subject to harassment on account of cast base and opposite party has tried to dominate you by words or act. You may file a private complaint under s.c. prevention of atrocities act or you also file a police complaint, which shall be investigated by higher police official. And offence is non bailable one

U can move complaint before local police station against them under SC ST Act for registration of a case. In this case u have to present a witness of a general caste, who will depose in ur favour to prove the allegations.
