Please explain your case in detail. What do you mean by 119? Section 379 is offence of theft. This offence is non bailable and cognizable. Once you have secured bail, then police will file their chargesheet and thereafter trial will begin. If you feel that chargesheet does not disclose any offence against you, then you can approach High Court and quash the FIR/Chargesheet against you.

Are you a Public Servant? Considering Sec 119 of the IPC, 1860, is for Public Servants, Being a public servant, if you have intended to facilitate or knowing it to be likely, that, by your act, you would thereby facilitate the commission of an offence, which was your duty as such public servant to prevent; voluntarily conceals by any act or omission or by the use of encryption or any other information hiding tool, the existence of a design to commit such offence, or makes any representation, which you as a Public Servant knows to be false respecting such design; then, you could be charged under this offence for committing the offence and as such, could be punished with imprisonment of any description provided for the offence, for a term which may extend to one-half of the longest term of such imprisonment, or with such fine, as is provided for that offence, or with both.

Well, Police cannot force you for anything. They have to follow the due procedure of law. If Court has released you on PR Bond, Police cannot further arrest you until either you break such boind or without the permission of the Court.
