Protection of Senior Citizens from Harassment

Myself and my wife both are senior citizens. We live in Dadar west in a cooperative society. Since last six months our society watchman has been harassing my wife In various ways like stalking, making fun, Coming threateningly close to my wife. We know he has been instigated by the members of the society to behave in this manner. Finally we lodged a police complaint on January, 2nd 2017 And police immediately took him to police station, warned him and told us Not to file an FIR since it will be a very lengthy and tedious process. Now the watchman has gone to Nepal His native place , will return after a few months. Now the society members who have been instigating him want to reemploy him. So we want to take action against these members and the watchman so they will not be able to harass us in future. We are urgently seeking legal advice for future course of action.
