Harassment by mother in law & using advantage of being senior citizen

My mother in law is 72 years but she is getting cruel as age is going up, my husband is 40, sister in law is 44, they all are involved in domestic violence with me, my mother in law is taking advantage of being senior citizen, she is calling police giving fake complaints aagaist me, she has filled complaint in megistrate office, that i use to abuse and beat her, she is blamimg for stealing sm property papers, they have power of senior citizen, what can i do., i m living in my matrimonial house, not getting any maintainance, how can the fake actions of semior citizen can be stopped, she is pensioner too, voluntary retired from safdarjung hospital as a lab technician.
