My ex-girlfriend is taking revenge on me. She got to know that i was in contact with my previous girlfriend while being in a relationship with her. Now she is threatening to file false case against me and drag to jail. can a girl file a case against her ex boyfriend ?, She comes from a influential family. Q: How to file a case against a person for cheating and misrepresentation

Respected-Sir/Madam, I would like to complain that my uncle(mamaji) has created,misrepresentation, fraudulently the release deed(Hakka sod-patra). He told that you will get the total land as per ancestral right but after some years came to know that property number (7/12) was different , the actually property number Was 49(4) but mamaji told my mother your property number is 42 (4) in the front of sub registrar officer then after 4 years mamaji came to know that the number was wrong then we tried to discuss with mamaji to related number but mamaji always told us we will do it correction as soon as possible then from last two months mamaji not ready for that to changing numbers, not doing any compromise. They openly told us we cannot do it to change the numbers... Now we are filling a case against him for cheating us. Kindly guide & help us through giving us justice.
