Daily Harassment on Senior Citizen

Hi, I am staying with my parents who are 65 years and above. There was a Civil suit pending regarding property which filed by my uncle son who unfortunately also stay along with us in same room. His claim was to get equal rights in the room which has been allotted to my father on ownership. In that suit my landlord and his firm partners were also been made parties. The suit got dismissed last year December 2019. Due to the lockdown all our at home and cousin wife is taking advantage and harassing my old parents who are also suffering from blood pressure. We have lodged few NC and written complaint, however there is no response from local police. In such what is the option ? My parents are senior citizen and due to her harassment which is verbally abusing them all time they are not able to sleep at night and are in depression.
