Q: wife not allowing to meet child , what should I do ?

hi mam/sir, I want to know how can I meet my baby if my wife is not allowing me to see my child ? Can I take baby back to my home for few days? what to do if mother not allowing father to see child india?

Hi don't take you child without informing your child mother otherwise she may file kidnapping case against you. You can file for custody of your child or you can also file for permission to meet your child.

Q: Procedure to get child custody

Mother expired on 21 March 17 of the child named Rugved aged 13 months the custody required by his father. Religion Hindu

Hi you have to make application to court for custody of your child. You have appoint a advocate and provide him all documents as father son relationships with mothers details. The court will hear you and if no objection come from anyone than court will order in your favor

Q: What action can I take against wrongful police investigation

Police make charge sheet against me i have given all evidence but police remove these paper intensaly because police I.O demanding 3 lakh rupees for all evidence submit clear to charge sheet but I have not given cash to him. After he did charge sheet against mine all important paper remove in charge sheet who important for me . Can I do case against police I.O . Plz help me ... If they was join my all important paper related paper i. O . Removes all paper intensaly....

Hi yes you can make complaint to higher authority or directly to court with the evidence you are talking about otherwise it is useless to file any complaint against the investigating officers. They will not believe you

Q: Can mother take son to attend marriage ceremony witout dads permission

if Mother is married and wanted to take son to his native place to attain marriage ceremony but father is not allowing so she can take son directly from school and can go to village so will it be crime or Mother or mother family going to face any legal problems.

Hi there may be a complaint but it depends on you case the information you provide is not educate. If there is any court order with some terms and conditions than only there is any chance of criminal complaint

Q: Husband has extramarital affair, treats me badly & mentally tortures

Sir I'm married from last 10 years n have one son 8 year.from last 3 years my husband was in extramarital relation with to b divorced lady works in same company.i came to know abt this in mar2016 so he was denying but our son was with him once he visited to resort with lady so son witnessed n told me this woman.he many times hit me n given shit words n for 6 months he was sleeping in hall not with me.many times wen w argue he tells he is in relation just bcoz of son else he wud have thrown me.now a days that lady started in our nearest area n he used to go to same office wen I cam to know I done nc against husband n lady saying I hav threat from both n same day women cell i complained but after that he send me notice n 10 pages all against me n my behaviour.i have not replied neither received but in women cell he given in written he won't b in contact bto that lady days he received call from her from office number.i think he is waiting for my son to b 10 yrs.do he get custody.

Hi if you want to take any hard steps than you have reply to his notice and file criminal case against him. And if you want divorce than file for divorce with maintenance. Collect as much as evidence about affair it will help
