My husband is gay and now I want divorce from him. I gave birth to child after 1year of my wedding. How to proceed?
You may proceed for divorce on ground of cruelty. If a husband is gay it amounts to cruelty.
Further you may file a complaint under 498 A , and 406 IPC for hiding the fact that he is gay and committing cruelty upon you.
