Q: My cheque got bounced, remedy for the same

I join a BPO company and leave when they didn't give my first month salary, they continue call me and say that i have to pay them 2 month salary because i leave job, they mentally pressure me and i give them a check which bounce. they fine a case against me because my check is bounce. what is the remedy for me. These type of company exploiting youth like me a lot

Q: Punishment for Calling an Indian Muslim a Pakistani

Thanks in advance, please let me know what the legal actions can be taken on somebody if he/she calls any Indian Muslim as "you are Pakistani". As this is very abusive to the targeted person.

File a case against himfor damage to ur reputation . Its a defamation. There r other things also come under this ambit. He can also be punished under othee offences. For detailed legal solution u can come for meeting or contact us.

Q: Charged for drunk driving, should it be mentioned in job application?

I was charged with reckless driving and drunk driving through a traffic challan by Civil Lines police station for which i paid a fine at the district court. The application process of IBPS PO has a question "whether any prosecution/conviction/fine/sentence/detention against you has been awarded by a court of law?" How much do i need to mention in the form?

If you are a repeated offender then it is a matter to rethink. Otherwise there is no need to mention such because it is an offence under traffic rules. You carry on without mentioning but for next time be aware.

Q: A fake rape case with IPC 376 filed last year got anticipatory bail

A girl has filed an FIR against me with IPC 376 in april this year. Later on, i got anticipatory bail and now the case is on trials. The girl is continuously forcing me to marry her as her demand for compensation. She alongwith her relatives, friends and neighbours are threatning me to spoil my entire life. I am confused and stucked as what to do now. Shall i go for compensate or continue the case because she has all fake proofs regarding this case.

There is no need to be silent and do whatever the girl wants. You fight the case. Its not so easy to prove rape charges as people generally think. If you really wish for further legal help or discussion you may call or meet.
