Bike stolen and recovered but with police how can i get it

my bike was stone from my home, and immediately inform to police and register FIR for the same. now after 10 days i found my bike by myself. it was standing 2 km far from my home. after that i was inform to police now they kept my bike in police station, now how to recover my bike from police what is the process.

Foe that you have to file supardari application before the concerned court and obtain an order for release of your motor bike, then same order will deposit before the police station aft r that u can get your bike

hi, as u said that now your bike is with police station so now you can visit the court under which the concerned police station comes under and than superdari aplication will be filed and after showing all the relevant documents of vehicle , it will be released.

First of all you need a written confirmation from the police station regarding the recovery of your vehicle. Thereafter, you only need to submit an application to the Concerned SHO. If you don't get it in 3 days, approach higher officials. Since it is a stolen property,
