I need to now that documents are accepted in court for releasing Superdari on my car. There was minor hit where in the child was injuired and now discharged and fine. Now my car is under superdari and need to be cleared. No body is giving copy of their RC and adhaar
The release of vehicle on superdari is based on terms and conditions levied by the court .Sometimes the courts permit release of vehicle on personal surety as well..kindly reach out to us with the documents to be able to help you better

u r car documents will be given to u after finishing the case which is pending in the court and if u need and requied u can take written document form court which will help u from police or that document u can show any where where the original documents required

Hello need more input on your query. presumably you are the owner of the car which is on superdari from court. If court case is going on you need to apply in the court for releasing the Car to you with valid reason else you are bound to comply with terms and conditions imposed by court during superdari.

You should go and move an application to return the original documents of your car alongwith the final judgement in the court. there is no need to give sureties as the matter is over already . sureties are required while the case pending.
