Recently my car hit a child when she was playing acciddntly and she had fracture in her leg and is now discharged and ok. However he childs father lodged an FIR against me and i got bail. But for my car, for clearing Superdari, can i submit an indemnity bond from my wife for taking my car on bail or if any other document like RC is required mandatorily.
You have to only required concerned police station report that they have no objection if the car release on superdari that’s sufficient document to release on superdari but first of all you will fill an application in court for superdari.

court will asked for police report and after police report court have to options first take superdginma in court or ordered to furnished the superdginama in police station.
documents required for suerty :- one person who is having their adhar card and owner of property like car, house etc. in equal to same value of your vechile. if your family members having some property then they will gave the suerty in court.
