What to do my vehicle is in superdari

I lost papers of my vehicle 6 mts back and when i applied i came to know tat my vehicle is under superdari.... i dont know y it is in superdari and wat case is registerd.... how do i come to know wat offence has been comitted and how do i get myself out of this trouble
If your vehicle is under Superdaari it means that the vehicle which is a part of trial has been with due permission of court taken in the custody of the person who has furnished undertaking for Superdari. It has nothing to do with loss of papers of vehicle. So you better approach the concerned court which has accepted Superdari in respect of your vehicle and inspect the case file of the concerned matter.
