Dear sir/madam, i got to know that in year 2002 my brother formed a public limited company and put my name as a director in that company without my consent and will . also he may have forged my signature to do so. and stole my voter id for the same. and in year 2011 he closed the same company i want to know what is the legal way i can go for to fiile a case against him, how to report a forged signature? and will i get a copy of the forged signature for forensic testing proving the case i was nowhere involved in any matters of that company ever

yes you can mentioned single but the only problem is your would be husband as this can be revealed only by the person who knows about that. suppose you obtain a job mentioning that you are single but later on sum body filed a complaint that you have concealed the same from your department then an inquiry may be ordered against you
