Parking problem in front of my house what to do

I'm owner of one small SHOP in PERNEM, people comes n parked there vehicles in front of my SHOP, sometimes v can't get in or get out of our SHOP. I gave many written complaint to PERNEM police station but they didn't do anything about it. Can u help me out of this.
As you have already filed a complaint with the nearest police station I am pretty sure you were given a DD number. Now what you can do is write to the municipal corporation along with Traffic Police DCP of your district addressing him the problem your facing in the mean time what you can do it stick a no parking board there and state that it's a tow away zone and if still traffic police does not take action then you can file a complaint in the court
