Flat owners of cooperative society have rented for commercial purpose

We are living in cooperative housing society. Now some flat holder have started giving flat on rent for commercial activities. And two have given to AIDS doctor. Due to which nuisance and other problems are being felt. So please help for the same how can we get the solution
You have to furnish notice personally to the flat holder who change of use of residential flats to commercial. and you may also give complaint to Municipal Commissioner against the said flat holder under Chapter-12 Sub Rule-10 of THE BPMC ACT.

As you say that your apartment become a co operative society then check the bye laws of society if bye laws says that flat should be use only residential purpose then you can file petition in board of nominees and prevent the flat owner who give his flat as a commercial purpose.
