Wrong Address Added In Section 9 Court Case

Hello sir I got married in Belgaum Feb 2020 and settled in Bangalore and my husband is from ranaibennur..they later due to divory issue he and his family use to fight with daily and after I became pregnant he removed me from house..so I am staying with my parents from May 2021.. and mean while he done court case against me in section 9 in Tiptur ....as I have small baby I transferred case to belgaum...now case is not running in Belgaum as he not receiving notice ... because it's going Tiptur address dummy address....how he can file case in Tiptur with address proof as in his addhar ranaibennur address and he is working in Bangalore IT company ...plz help me ..I am very much mentally harrsed...now I have also filled 498a and DVC case against him.i am not understanding how to run this case because his Tiptur lawyer also not receiving any notice..now he went to High court to squash 498a case adding same Tiptur address...help tell me sir how I should deal with this fake address
