Co-op Society Issue for Commercial Shop

24-Nov-2023 (In Civil Law)
I have a shop in a co-op society, the shop hasn't been under rent since 1 and a half year. It is due to society wasn't allowing us any of tenants to settle. As the locality, was a garage line and tenant apart from these cannot come here for the business. But, the society is threatening us to not to give on rent as they seem to take legal action against us. The area is only suitable for such as chicken shop, workshops, etc. Is there any solution for it? What if I gave it for rent to a chicken shop against the will of the society?
