You can file a suit to cancel the Sale deed and to declare the title in your name. Limitation period to cancel the sale Deed is three years from the date of registration. You have to immediately act upon your right so contact me with documents for further course of action.

You can send a legal notice asking the purchaser to pay the remaining balance amount. If the does not comply with the notice, then you can file for money recovery suit before the competent court.

Why you have registered it in seller name until you receive the full sale consideration amount is there any clause or condition in the sale agreement states that the remaining amount specified by you will be given by the buyer after some time etc. Go through it properly and consult you advocate and also if you have any proof to show about the sale transaction done that can also help you to prove your case. You have to consult any good advocate with the related documents.

You can file a suit for cancellation of sale deed or else u can file suit fot recovery of balance sale consideration. Don't deliver possession your land until he pay u balance amount Yuki you. File a suit before limitation is over.

Do you have any documents to show that purchaser has not given full amount. For this it is necessary to go thru., the sale deed. If there is a recital regarding payment of full amount of sale consideration then you cannot do anything, but if there is no such recital regarding payment of full sale consideration then you can file a suit for recovery of money
