Yes the Association if registered can take legal action against ,for nuisance . Meanwhile it is prudent to behave yourself to avoid discord.There are provisions to penalise you with fine if not obliging.



Q: what are rights of female in father's property

According to hindhu act my father has 9 acers land which was given and divided by ther mother . Iam female and i have married in 1980 and now my age is 57 iam with my husband .iam having 3 brother's in that one elder brother. My father dint divied the property and no will and he died in 2017 and my mother also died in 2014 .now the full property has transferred in to my elder brothers name hence he was the first child of my father and mother.so now i have any rights to share in my father proty according to hindhu

Myself and my husband signed an agreement for purchase of a flat in Bengaluru which was owned by a lady. Her Husband who was a lawyer offered us all help to draft the agreement. He has also signed as a witness. Is it legally permitted?
