You can challenge a Partition Deed if you feel you are not genuinly allotted the share through a suit for partition. You should have a better reason to tell the Court why you were silent for the past three years.

Q: Liquor shop distance from residential area

There is a liquor shop operating in our residential area from long time(over 15 years). No women/children are in the position to come out freely. Liquor shops is attached to one of residential house. and in front of our house just 2-5 mts away liquor shop is operating, drunkers will always do smoking/vomiting/pass urine in front of the house. we are not in the position to ask, if we ask they will quarrel with bad words. so what can be done to relocate this liquor shop. can a liquor shop be opened in residential area ?

You have to immediately send a legal notice to the House owner asking him to vacate the liquor business immediately. If he does not oblige we can file an injunction suit to permanently restrain such activities in residential area

Hi, I am a resident of an apartment in Bangalore, I want to know is their any law that stops me from smoking in my flat Balcony or inside my flat. Do someone has authority to take any legal action.

Yes the Association if registered can take legal action against ,for nuisance . Meanwhile it is prudent to behave yourself to avoid discord.There are provisions to penalise you with fine if not obliging.

Q: what are rights of female in father's property

According to hindhu act my father has 9 acers land which was given and divided by ther mother . Iam female and i have married in 1980 and now my age is 57 iam with my husband .iam having 3 brother's in that one elder brother. My father dint divied the property and no will and he died in 2017 and my mother also died in 2014 .now the full property has transferred in to my elder brothers name hence he was the first child of my father and mother.so now i have any rights to share in my father proty according to hindhu

I want to restrain the GB of my Housing society in amending the bye laws, just because of majority and which will not be in favor of certain residents who form minority.What is the process to go about it?
