Who will complete under construction property?

25-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
I am going to buy an under construction property from a developer who is 86 years old. My question is if anything happens midway of construction, say if he dies then who will complete the project? If the project goes incomplete then who will compensate for my loss. What agreement terms shall I ask the developer to incorporate in his sale deed to avoid this? I am Hindu.

Buy the flat from a company instead buying it from a proprietary firm or partnership firm… as even after the death of builder, the company is liable to finish the project, which will not be the case in other too…
