Q: Quashing A IPC 306 case In mutual Settlement
Need some legal advice from people who have experience.In 2021, my sister filed an FIR under IPC 306 against me and my mother after my father’s suicide. The chargesheet was filed in 2022 and the trial also started in 2022, but till today (2025) no witness has appeared.Now both sides are willing for mutual settlement.If we file a quashing petition in the High Court based on this mutual settlement, how much time does it generally take for the case to be quashed?

for this you don't need a HIGH COURT CALCUTTA ORDER...if we take up your case ...in hardly two months the case will be settled...yes there are provisions which lower court advocates don't know....and they might send you to high court but my advice is don't fall in that trap...and contact us asap....Regards
Q: False molestation case by female employee
A false case initialized by a female employee u/s 74,79 BNS due to non payment of salary. I also registered a counter case in police station. Police was pressuring me to pay salary to avoid molestation case which I refused. Non payment of salary was due to her deliberately avoiding all duties. Pay salary to avoid molestation case is proof enough that it's a false case. I have email, whatsapp and call recording proofs with me. I want to know how to quash this case / FIR and also punish this lady

punishment will not happen...yes quashing is possible... harass her by counter case ... I also believe that it will be tough to prove that you are innocent, we will need to file stay petition side by side with quashing...
Q: Recovery of Online Payment done in wrong account
We have transferred some money wrongly into bank account of Y instead of X. Now we are following up with Y for refund of that money. But he is just committing dates but not paying since last 1 month. Where do we stand in this matter? What is our legal recourse?

you have to send a legal notice through us wherein we will admit on your behalf that the money was deposited by mistake in their account and being a genuine person and good citizen of india he should send the money back Otherwise a criminal case of fraud and cheating will be lodged against you wherein you day in and day out will have to go to police station as well as court...

Q: Summons recieved but settlement on the way
I have a personal loan default from Poonawala.I recieve a summon dated 8/7/2025 at Kolkata Judicial Magistrate Court however I will be doing the settlement with the company on 27/6/2025. Do I have to attend the summon then? How will the court lift up the case?

you need to appoint an advocate and we are willing to help . we will appear on your behalf on that particular day and will say the same that settlement has been reached therefore there is no need to continue with the case... We will charge you for that particular date....
