what is the minimum time to capture a land otherwise decree will be wasted

There is time limit but if decree has been issued it can be executed by no time limit. But if other party is not willing to execute then u may request the court to order the authority for it execution.

You cannot capture a land. Perhaps you are referring to execution of decrees. You can have the decree executed within a period of 12 years from the date of judgment / decree. Thereafter the decree may not be executable in law.

Once you got the decree from the court thenafter you have to be filed execution case for taking the possession of land or property. If you have already possession then no need to file this case.
