execution petition to be executed

we had given entire flat for renovation but contractor ran away in between by taking money and left entire work and we finished with other and filed consumer court case and won the case. court allowed partially recovery of amount with interest and we want to file execution petition, but problem is contractor and his against whom court passed judgment have given false office and home address for that during case time we gave newspaper ad about case. now our problem is how to get this judgement executed as addresses are wrong, can consumer court issue non bailable warrant and police cand search what should be done legally to recover money

file a execution petition and then issue Non Bailable warrant in that petition. or you can hire a detective who can find the required person office address that would be very easy for you to execute the decree passed by consumer court.
