When I checked my case information in e-court, It is showing :Decision Date : 10-August-2022Case Status : DisposedNature of Disposal : Contested ALLOWEDMy concern is that My advocate keeps asking me to come on date and asks me to to buy attendance form but never present me infront of judge also takes his fee too. I would like to know wheather my case is shut or it is still pending? or Am I getting robbed by my advocate?

Q: False notice received regarding money recovery and cheque bounce
Sir yesterday my mother received notice someone unknown to her that stating my mother took 7 lakh rs as a advance to sale her flat and issued a money receipt while he asked return the money my mom issued a cheque which he got bounced but my mother never met that person and she never gave any cheque.she lost her cheque somewhere but not raised a complaint and cheque signed my father who is a joint account holder what to do now

Father belongs to ST and mother belongs to OBC then which castee certificate would be valid for child.Child has an OBC certificate but he wants his father's caste as his identity .What are the Solutions ?..……. .

In India and as per the law of land father is the head of the family in whose name the cast is stigmatize, so fie the sake of generate the caste certificate, you can do it from the head of the father not from the side of the mother
