Q: Legal Heirs Certificate Of My Father

Sir my late grand father late Sukra Lohar as per 1932 khatian record.My father name is BHOKNA KERKETTA aged 75 years.My father presently residing howrah , west bengal since 1973.My grand father has no documents including no death certificate.How my father get legal heirs certificate.My father how to prove that Late Sukra Lohar his legitimate father.My father Bhokna Kerketta has no documents to prove Late Sukra Lohar his father.Please help.

Q: Money taken for giving me semi govt job

3 months ago Someone took money in cash for giving me semi govt job in nutrition department of hazaribagh jharkhand but now he is not giving money after writing 2 application he has not transferred my money back

we perused your query which resolved aroung bribe amount for job and you want reversal of bribe amount as your work was not done by money lende. As per law it is not valid agreement however, you can demand money and file civil suit for recovery in other other form before the court

Q: हाइवे में जाने के बाद बचा हुआ जमीन पे मालिकाना हक

1989 में 2 भाई में से 1 भाई से पूरे जमीन का आधा हिस्सा खरीदा गया है, जिसमें पूरा जमीन से 70% हाइवे में चला गया।दूसरे भाई को 2012 में ही गया हुवा जमीन का आधा मुवावजा मिल गया और हमलोग पे 1st भाई से tital case चलने के कारण 2022 में जब डिग्री मिली तब मुझे आधा मुवावजा मिला।अब बचा हुआ जमीन को दूसरे भाई जिसे पहले आधा मुवावजा मिला वो पूरा जमीन मेरे हिस्से में है हमलोग को जायदा मुवावजा मिला ऐसा दावा किये है कोर्ट में क्या ये हो सकता है

Q: Adopting a baby girl as we are childless for more than 11years

We are married couple but childless for more than 11years. Can we adopt a baby girl through district court affidavit or registrar office.

Dear Sirwe bring to inform you that for the sake of adoption of baby child, first you have to find out baby from orphanage centre to whom you adoptbhis/her, therafter you have to file one petition before District Judge for Adoption as a Gauradian of that child.
