Q: Can an ST gift or donate a land to general or SC ? what is cnt act ?
I am planning to buy land in dobo. I have inspected the area and talked to the villagers. The land available there is CNT land. So regisrtry to other category is restricted. My friend is a st or tribal and i belong to sc. so is there any chance that if he buys the land and gift/ donate it to me , what is cnt act full form ?

No. No such gift can be occassioned. A ST can transfer land to another ST only after taking permission under CNT Act from the Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi. You can easily locate similar lands elsewhere.
Q: Will Uploading pictures without someone's consent be a criminal offence
I was cheated on and dumped by a girl. Last week, I messaged her asking why she did this to me. She called the police and complained that I was messaging, calling, and stalking her. The police threatened me and warned me not to contact her again, though they didn't file an FIR. Now, I want to upload all our photos together on Facebook. The photos do not contain any obscene content. Would uploading these photos violate any laws and can I be punished?

Never post such things which will create problem... you have your career ahead.... y want to stick with someone who is not interested in being with you.... it might complicate issues for you.... law is quite strict against offences against women. Legally.... if you post anyone's pic without consent,,,, it might harm you.
Q: Right to buy neighbors property
Neighbor is selling his house without informing me. Pl. Advice so that I can stop him from selling it to others because I can buy it. If at all he has already sold it to other. how to buy land from a neighbor?, What is way forward?

Technically no....However, steps can be taken for ensuring that something is occassioned....but legally.. it might be a futile excercise.. though there is a concept of right of preemption.. but it is applicable to agricultural lands perse
Q: Can my brother sell property without my consent ?
We have 170 acres of land jointly owned by our family. I fear that my brother might sell the land with the help of other share holders without my consent. As the buyers are basically farmers with little education, they might not ask for succession certificate etc. Is there any way of stopping them from selling without my consent. Can I intimate the registering authority to stop this fraud, indian law for property distribution between brothers ?

Physical assualt / abuse is strictly prohibited. Even CBSE has issued guidelines regarding it. File a complaint with the police and also complaint with the school principal. Have a medical injury / treatment record prior to lodging of the case.
