My grandfather buy a parental property from his brother in 1964.kya iska mutation ho sakta hai.

As per ur case u can still register for property to be executed in your nameU should apply for mutation with appropriate documents in circles office where the property comes under Registry deed of the land with all taxes updated receipts and khatiyan.

I have am planning to purchase a 4000 sq feet residential plot in ranchi (General plot).What all documents should i request from seller and wher & how should i get the documents verified to ensure that the piece of land is 100% litigation free and the credibility of the land owner .

Sir as per ur case u have ask the seller to provide registered deed, revenue receipt,. For u to get assured that documents are correct for purchaseU need to apply for true copy of the property deed in prescribed way

Aa per ur case u have to apply for dowry case and mental harassment case in criminal courts in ranchi for legal remedies. As your son in law is absconding u have no option but filed cases in court.Your dowry amount have to be payed back by them.

I have propert which is earned by my father but on mother name what right I have on that ?

As per ur case u have to apply for petition to district judge court pledging rights over the property named on ur mother. If your father has no Will made then you must be be the beneficiary over the property.

Q: Can married daughter gets a share in mother's property, if mother died

My mother in law passed away in 1997,can my husband's sister claim at the dwelling house which is registered on my late mother-in-law's name.
