OS number written on compound where I bought one plot

I bought a BIAAPA approved plot but not registered yet, I saw OS number written on compound wall. Can the plot be registered if the case is not solved? If registered any problems in future? Please tell me on this
The property title is a representation of your ownership rights to a piece of land or a home. A robust proof of ownership must always be supported by authentic documents, which protect your property against illegal grabbing by a third party. If any pending litigation on the property, do not purchase. This is because you are bound by the result of the suit, and if the court establish that the seller was not the rightful owner, you will have to hand over the property to the winning litigant. If you have paid any amount try to get refunded, if he is not agreeing you can take the help of an advocate.
