Writing OS number on a DC converted site is valid nor not valid

we had purchased a revenue site under BBMP limits in 6 years back from a person named X, now when we are trying to sell that property , son in law of X has put a OS Number on my site compound with his contact number, not only my site he has put on all empty sites in that layout , for sites in which house is constructed he has not put any. my site is DC Converted, as well as it has Plan approval from BBMP. we have a shed with RCC Sheets with electric supply in our name too. kinldy suggest
1. you had purchased a revenue site, son in law of X has put a OS Number on my site compound .
ans: bring that OS NUMBER WE WILL CHECK IN THE COURT ITS VALID OR NOT.
2. ITS VALID (OS) YOU WILL CONTEST BEFORE THE COURT.
3.ITS INVALID YOU MAY COMPLAINT .
