Can married daughter inherit ancestral agricultural land in U.P
No, as per the section 107 to 110 of UP Revenue Code 2006 clearly specify the category in the manner by which the agricultural property of the deceased will be devolve. and married daughter finds the place in c category as such she is not eligible to get the property in agricultural land.
