How to know about the pending litigation on the land purchased

I have purchased a land of 100 yards and it is in father's name registered. Now some other persons are coming with lawyer and telling that the land is in court case and they won. They are not showing any docs related to that. So, I am suspecting them whether they have a court order or not. So, How can I know my land is in court case?

However if any case or litigation exists over your property the other party claiming to win or have any interest or title need to provide you Order or Judgment copy.

Hi,
Their is no specific process to find out with regards to property only to find out. You can verify if you could know the advocate name or the person claiming the property. You can file complaint against them in police station there also they will what they have. Call us through website for assistance

You need to check the court case on the names of person who are claiming about the pendency of court case. You need to approach the court in whose territorial jurisdiction the land is situated and find out from the court with respect to pendency of case.
