How to get free land from governament

recently i saw one free land and that land governament under taking so how to get that land in my rural area

There are two ways to go about purchasing land
Option 1:
You need to write to the government undertaking of your interest.
the government undertaking if they are interested to sell will call for an auction of the property.
the highest bidder will get the land.
Option 2:
If you have any business project ready, you may request the undertaking to lease/ sale the land for you at concessional rate.
If the project is in list of industries that the government intends to promote in state, the government( Collector, Minister, CM) will invite you to make presentations and based on the evaluation, will offer your business enterprise the land at concessional rates.
