Resigning during probation without notice

06-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Hi, I recently quit a company within a month of joining. I was under probation and in the probation clause it stated that the "employer can terminate the employee without any prior notice" .What I understand is according to "mutuality of obligations" even an employee can resign without any prior notice during the probation period. Now my employer is refusing to give me a relieving letter saying that I need to serve mandatory 2 months. What can I do for a speedy solution?

it is not mutuallity, it is unilateral clause. there must be a clause if you want to resign you need give 2 month notice or salary in lieu of that. you can pay the salary amount and resign from the company.
