resignation process on probation period

07-May-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I am on probation for 06 months in a company. Now I have spent almost 5 & 1/2 months and want to leave that company due to some personal issues the exact clause related to this is- You will be on probation for a period of 06 months in the first instance and the probation may be extended for a further period not exceeding one year in the aggregate. During your entire period of probation, your service can be terminated without assigning any reason whatever and without notice or payment in lieu of the same. From this it not clear whether employee should give notice or not. For permanent employees one month or payment in lieu thereof mentioned. There is a another clause - For matters which are not herein provided specifically, you shall be governed by such rules, regulations, and standing orders etc. that are either existing or brought into force from time to time. By using this clause can employer force me to serve notice or make payment for shortfall of notice period after resignation.
