Manager entered wrong leave particulars and now not correcting it

Hi, I'm working as SWO B in SBT. On Dec2015 i got trnsfrd from my prev .branch to current branch , they sent my personal file to current branch only on Mar2016 . The P&SB Manager of previous branch entered my leave details as completely wrong , ex: i have 56 PL but he entered as 16 PL. I noticed it on June only. My ChiefManager informed them,but after this one month , he is on the same stand , while other staffs also says my statement is right. He locked the leave document, including register to prevent other staffs from looking up the issue. not correcting it nor allowing others to correct it
you can report the matter to the general manager or to vice president.file a writ in the high court against the same and seek direction to correct the same.please contact me in my mail id or opt phone consulting for detailed answer

entries in the system cannot be corrected by the branches .
u may make a representation to the Personnel and administration department at the head office with copy to the chief manager. mistakes can only be sought out by them.
