Q: Possible land dispute due to presence of no will.

My grandmother had been staying with us for more than 20 years and even after my father's death she's here, my father was the youngest of the 7 siblings, no one is ready to take care of her and just occasionally visits her and now she's transferring her property to her only daughter and has no will and it's probably going to end being a property dispute. We've had to suffer a lot due to her while the rest of the family had fun and enjoyed their lives. All of my uncles are doing pretty well.
