Ews certificate issue............

Hello, my parents yearly income is 5 lakhs, and my mother has 2800 sq ft land where we reside in municipal area but I have 4 siblings and 3 are married , can I make ews certificate , if the property is divided between my siblings , eldest sibling age is 36 and mine is 28.

We would like to inform you that as per law every person who belongs to weaker economy then have right to make certificate of EWC. We will advise to check the policy and terms and conditions of government regarding EWS certificate and if you fulfill then apply it.

As per your mentioned issue I can say that after Partitioned of your parental property you can get your legitimate share and become absolute owner but for separate mutation and revenue record you have to file a title partitioned suit and after the decree you may obtain separate documents.
