Ews certificate issue............

Hello, my parents yearly income is 5 lakhs, and my mother has 2800 sq ft land where we reside in municipal area but I have 4 siblings and 3 are married , can I make ews certificate , if the property is divided between my siblings , eldest sibling age is 36 and mine is 28.

What happens if we make fake EWS certificate?
The appointment was said to be provisional, and subject to income and asset certificates having been verified through the appropriate channels. As per your mentioned issue I can say that after Partitioned of your parental property you can get your legitimate share and become absolute owner but for separate mutation and revenue record you have to file a title partitioned suit and after the decree you may obtain separate documents.
