I have married my first wife as well without informing the family members, what should we do in this, we want to keep both the wife together

As per your mentioned issue I can say that according to Hindu law you can live with one wife and prior marriage was valid and the second is invalid so it's impossible technically to live with two wife but it's only possible with mutual understanding.

Q: Ews certificate issue............

Hello, my parents yearly income is 5 lakhs, and my mother has 2800 sq ft land where we reside in municipal area but I have 4 siblings and 3 are married , can I make ews certificate , if the property is divided between my siblings , eldest sibling age is 36 and mine is 28.

As per your mentioned issue I can say that after Partitioned of your parental property you can get your legitimate share and become absolute owner but for separate mutation and revenue record you have to file a title partitioned suit and after the decree you may obtain separate documents.

Sir Mera Case Criminal Appeal CR.A(DB) Hai Jo Ki Jharkhand High Court mai March mai filling huaa hai or April mai Joint Registrar Judicial ke through Lawazima huaa hai but uske baad covid ke kaaran court band ho gya or ab khula huaa court ka 1 month ho gya h but av tk date nhi aaya hai or kis judge ke bench mai case jaayega wo v ptaa nhi chala hai humko ye jaanna hai admission hearing kb hoga Qki sir case filling kiya huaa 4 mahina hog gya or humlog jo advocate kiye h wo v kuch clear nhi btaa rha h sirf time pe time le rha hai. As per your issue I can say that it's true due to the Pandemic all the Court are running in virtual mode and taking only urgent matters and the proceedings are also little slower but if your matter is pending for admission than request your lawyer to file an urgent listing and mentioned it before the court and explain the requirement for urgent hearing , I think it may help and ask your lawyer clearly otherwise change it.

Q: Cheque issued & account closed & customer death

Two blank cheque were issued and which bank account was closed in 2016 by my relative. now issuer is dead. and Client is claiming the cheque. and send legal notice. What to do next.

As per your mentioned issue if the issuer of cheque has died and the other party has issued the notice then mentioned the real facts that the family members of the desseased person has no knowledge of the transaction and not liable to return it if other party accept it then fine otherwise contest the case and hope during the trial you may found relief.

Q: To live with girlfriend to care oldaged mother suffering with life thr

I was married in 2013 and get two childs with wedlock. My wife came to her matrimonial home after an order on petition u/s9 HMA in August 2019. She has not fulfilled the obligation laid in the concerned order. My mother is old aged and also suffering from multiple life threatening diseases Since November 2020 she remained living separately with me and went to her parental home on February 2020. A petition for divorce u/s13 1a was filed on March 2020 and the same is admitted in March 2021. My girlfriend wants to live with me to care my mother.what can I do?

As per your mentioned issue if you have filed the case of divorce and it is pending then you have to wait for the decree for another marriage but if your girlfriend wants to live with you then you may allow it secretly with your own risk otherwise it may effect the nature of the case.
