Someone made fake income certificates wants to file complain

if some made fake income certificates online from S.D.O. level. candidate was arrested or not but one thing he was not use any place but he made and kept her. but i want he arreste how he was arrested

To [email protected] After getting entire documentry proof you may complain before the concerned police or higher authorities or even before the concerned SDO, who will inform the police U/S 420 ,471,353 cancelling the said certificate.

You need to consult a good advocate for that matter. If one person has made a fake certificate, this itself is wrong. Using it is another wrong. Also proving it is a tough task. Also, case needs to be filed in a proper manner.
